WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 The University Family of the West Ukrainian National University along with the PO "Educational and Social Innovations" provides assistance and comprehensive support to the most vulnerable category of migrants in the Ternopil region - children and orphans. They are experiencing extraordinary social and psycho-emotional difficulties related to changes in the habitat and the usual circle of communication, especially if it is caused by war.
Recently, humanitarian goods with baby food and clothing, personal hygiene items were delivered to the cities of the region, where children were brought from places of active hostilities.

 Classical University of Ternopil`s Students from China support Ukraine, the university and all teachers who work diligently in this difficult time. The young men and women sent us a video in which they expressed their admiration for the courage of the Ukrainian people and their hopes for Ukraine's victory as soon as possible.

The whole world is on our side! We will win, because the truth is behind us!

 The Faculty of Law of West Ukrainian National University is launching the Ukrainian Studio of Legal Education for Students and Entrants 2022 (a special project in connection with the russian aggression) as a joint effort with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

 The University Family of the West Ukrainian National University expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr. Marcin Bakiewicz, President of the Juliusz Słowacki Conviventia Foundation, for his systematic humanitarian aid for those citizens of Ukraine who are in need and the support of the Ukrainian people!

 On March 19, at 5 p.m., a lecture on “Administrative Procedure Law of Poland” will be held within the framework of the School of Polish and European Law of West Ukrainian National University.

 West Ukrainian National University is sincerely grateful to the long-term, reliable partners of the "Norway-Ukraine" project, who from the first days of the war began to help Ukrainians and did not remain indifferent to the fate of our state.

 The cry of all Ukrainians who are in different parts of the world makes the Earth move, Europe react. Only by uniting can we defend our freedom and protect Ukraine and its soldiers!

 Twenty-second day of the war in Ukraine.
Many have suffered, much has been overcome, but more needs to be done. Do not relax, do not let despair into your heart, bring victory closer with all your soul and the help we can provide to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The WUNU L. O. Kanishchenko Library does not for a moment stop the work of weaving camouflage nets for our defenders. The library staff, students, employees, volunteers make camouflage coverings in the morning and in the evening. More nets every day, more enthusiasm and more inspiration at work. The university contributes to the great victory of Ukraine with evevryone doing their bit.

Olena Seitz, a graduate student at West Ukrainian National University and vice president of the Ukrainian-American Association of Higher Education Workers and a member of the Japanese-Ukrainian cultural organization NPO JUCA and now living in Tampa (USA), has petitioned USA President Joe Biden to support Ukraine.

 And life goes on: at a time when the world recognizes the Ukrainian military and peaceful people as an example of courage and bravery, our students abroad are also contributing to victory by participating in international exchange programmes, proving that we are also at the forefront of education.

Iryna Myshka, a student majoring in Business Communication and Translation at West Ukrainian National University, is currently studying for a semester in Vienna as part of the Erasmus + project.
