WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 Ivanna Diachenko, a student of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of West Ukrainian National University, became the silver medalist of the World Rowing Championship among students. The competition was held in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

 Modern information technologies today have significant influence on the changes taking place in the world. Whether we realize it or not, people are surrounded by networks through which a large flow of information constantly passes. Our ideas about the world are changing because it is becoming globalized. Distance ceases to be an obstacle for both commercial and social contacts. The infrastructure of information and communication technologies permeates our lives.

 Today, the opening of the 8th All-Ukrainian Volleyball Tournament among women's teams was held at West Ukrainian National University, dedicated to the memory of TNEU Rector, Vice-President of the Volleyball Federation of Ukraine, Professor Serhiy Yuriy.

 We invite students of economics majors who study in programs focused on international economic activity to participate in the competitive selection to study at Inholland University of Applied Sciences (Kingdom of the Netherlands) during the 2nd semester of 2022-2023.

 In the city of Kremenets, Ternopil region, the championship of Ukraine in luge sports among adults and juniors was held. According to the results of the competition, the student of West Ukrainian National University Yulianna Tunytska won three gold awards in 3 age categories, in particular: among adults, among athletes under the age of 23, and among juniors.

 On September 10-11, the championship of Ukraine in athletics among adults was held in the city of Lutsk, in which students of West Ukrainian National University took part.

 We invite students to take part in the competitive selection to participate in the EYFON European Forum, October 10 - 14, 2022 in the city of Neumarkt, Austria.

 Today at West Ukrainian National University, first-year students and teachers of B. Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations met with Taras Demkura - vice-president of the International Chamber of Commerce Ukraine.

 As part of the conclusion of the 4th International Week, West Ukrainian National University held a ceremonial signing of an agreement and a memorandum on cooperation with leading Ukrainian institutions: the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ukrainian Foreign Policy Association.
