WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 The Department of International Economics of the Bohdan Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations of WUNU hosted the Third International Scientific and Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists "International Economy in the Context of Climate Change: Global Challenges".

 Since 2023, the L. Kanishchenko Library of West Ukrainian National University has been operating a publication support centre. The aim of the project is to properly reflect the scientometric activity and publications of the academic staff and graduate students of WUNU in Ukrainian and global scientometric systems: Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, Orcid. The Centre's activities are focused on analytical research, monitoring and analysis of scientometric data of the academic staff of WUNU, promoting the university in the national and international scientific space.

 On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the S. I. Yuriy Department of Finance of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, the International Roundtable "International Cooperation in the Face of Global Challenges" was held at West Ukrainian National University, attended by more than 100 scientists, educators, public figures, and young scientists from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, the USA, the UK, Italy, Kazakhstan, and Moldova.

 Employers and employees of the State Labour Service focus on occupational safety, psychosocial support, self-care and care for others. Thus, the training course on first psychological aid was of great interest to employees of the Inspection Department in the Ternopil Oblast of the South-Western Interregional Department of the State Labour Service.

 The Third International Scientific and Practical Conference "International Economy in the Context of Climate Change: Global Challenges" will be held on 26 April at 11 a.m.

 An exciting and momentous event unfolded in the Zbarazh Castle - the graduation of Masters of the Law Faculty of West Ukrainian National University. This long-awaited and unforgettable moment brought together the university community, distinguished guests, graduates and their families.

 We invite everyone to take part in the International Roundtable "International Cooperation in the Context of Global Challenges" with the participation of foreign partners and leading Ukrainian universities, which will be held on 25 April at 15:00 in room 11103.

 For his significant personal contribution to the development of education and science, increasing the intellectual capacity of Ukraine, and reinforcing the reputation of West Ukrainian National University in the international arena, Carsten Wolff, Professor of the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, founder and director of the Institute for Digital Transformation of Applied and Living Domains in Dortmund, Doctor of Engineering, was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa of West Ukrainian National University.

 On Wednesday, 24 April 2024, at 9:35 am, an open lecture "Digital Transformation Projects" will be held in the Electronic Resources Hall, room 1209, West Ukrainian National University.

 Students of West Ukrainian National University: Kateryna Bozhakivska, Yuliia Butryn, Anna Stasiuk, Anastasiia Onyshkiv, and Anastasiia Melnychuk took part in the conference "Changed Circumstances and New Threats to Sustainable Development in the Baltic Sea Region" as part of the RESCUU project, which aims to ensure the resilience of Ukrainian educational institutions during Russia's war against Ukraine.
