WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 The national team of Ukraine competed at the World Canoeing Championships among juniors and youth under 23, which was held in the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv on 17-21 July.
On the third day of competition, Vitalii Prystai, a student of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of WUNU, won two silver medals.

 West Ukrainian National University has joined a network of the Council of Europe's educational platforms for judges, prosecutors and lawyers!
HELP is the main educational platform of the Council of Europe for judges, prosecutors and lawyers. The Council of Europe's HELP network is the only pan-European human rights training network. It is composed of representatives of national judicial and prosecutorial training institutions and bar associations from 46 Council of Europe member states and other countries (www.coe.int/help).

 We congratulate the project team of the Department of Information and Computer Systems and Management of the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies of West Ukrainian National University on the approval of the project proposal TALKING HEADS - Conversation with the art of the past Call: European Cooperation projects (CREA-CULT-2024-COOP).

 Diana Holod, a student of West Ukrainian National University, attended a training camp as part of the Ukrainian women's national volleyball team (U22).

 For the second time, the New Ject Dance troupe of West Ukrainian National University is participating in one of the most famous and prestigious dance championships in the world - Dance World Cup. Selected dancers from all over the world demonstrate their abilities and choreography skills.

 The Steering Committee of the Erasmus+ CBHE Project CLIMAN has recently met. The event was held at HTW Berlin University Of Applied Sciences (Germany), within the framework of the project 619119-EPP-1-2020-1-NL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP "Synergy of educational, scientific, managerial and industrial components for climate management and climate change prevention".

 Svitlana Pikina, a student of MVSK-31 group (educational and professional programme "International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies"), brand ambassador of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Bohdan Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations of WUNU, tells about her participation in the Erasmus+ project.

 Sofia Ivanchyshyn, a soloist of the TNG dc choreography studio of West Ukrainian National University, returned victorious from the Dance World Cup held in the Czech Republic. The talented dancer came ninth among 29 competitors, making it to the top ten. The girl managed to impress the judges by performing the choreographic composition "No Limits" to the music of Beethoven.

 This summer, Veronika Yakymchuk, Olha Shymko, Oleksandra Hrysyk and Zoriana Boiko, first-year students of the International Economics (EME-11) programme at West Ukrainian National University, visited the heart of Turkey - Istanbul - for a volunteer internship with AIESEC.

 In June, children aged 6 to 12 years old spent an exciting holiday in the L. Kanishchenko Library of West Ukrainian National University with fun and pleasure. Every day they enjoyed amazing experiences, gained new knowledge, played games and had lots of adventures! The holiday programme allowed each child to become more confident, learn to interact in a team, unleash their creativity, acquire leadership skills, and find new friends.
