Congratulations to the students going on academic exchange! Veronika Anriyevska, Anastasiia Matviishyn, Yuliia Tsymbal and Alisa Napora were selected for the semester study at the Ljubljana School of Business (Slovenia) under the Erasmus+ programme in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. Kateryna Kavetska, Yuliia Kozak, Vasylyna Didushyn and Khrystyna Paliichuk were also selected for semester studies at the Šibenik University of Applied Sciences (Croatia) under the Erasmus+ programme in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

During 14-25 October 2024, Doctor of Economics, Professor Oleksandr Dluhopolskyi visited WSEI University. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the implementation of the joint project between WUNU and WSEI - ERASMUS+ CBHE ‘Education for sustainable development: synergy of competences for the recovery of Ukraine’ 2025-2027.
The Department of Transport and Logistics organised training at the WUNU driving school
In accordance with the Development Strategy of West Ukrainian National University, in order to strengthen the practical focus of our educational programmes, the Department of Transport and Logistics now offers training at the WUNU Driving School for students of WUNU! We are accredited for training, retraining and advanced training of drivers, and our instructors have been certified by the Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In the context of the study of professional training disciplines, graduate students majoring in Philology (Germanic Languages): Teaching Methods and Translation will attend an open lecture by Dr Latif Durlanik on 11 November 2024 at 18:30. Dr. Latif Durlanik is a visiting professor from the University of Hamburg (Department of Orientalism) and the University of Bremen (German Linguistics and German as a Foreign Language).

On the fourth of November 2024, students majoring in Public Finance and members of the Finance and Accounting English Club took part in an English-language guest interactive lecture with international participation on The Role of Cross-Functional Knowledge Sharing in the Business Process Analysis, by Marta Krajewska-Beentjes, PhD, leading business analyst at SOS Childrens' Villages International. This event was held in the video conference room (room 11103), equipped with the support of the Erasmus+ Project ‘WORK4CE: Cross-domain competences for healthy and safe work in the 21st century’.
