In compiling this year's rating of "Top-200 Ukraine", experts took into account current trends in higher education in Ukraine and the world, which are undergoing profound changes from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our West Ukrainian National University is included in the TOP-20 best institutions of higher education.
Semester studies in Poland
Attention! Students who submitted applications for semester studies in the first semester of 2021-2022 academic year in WUNU partners in the Republic of Poland!
The foreign language exam component of the selection will be held on May 31 (English and Polish). The exam will be conducted via Zoom; the links, times and insstructions will be sent to all candidates individually.
Cooperation with Japan
The classical university of Ternopil has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kobe Gakuin University.
Rector Andriy Krysovatyy and President Sato Masami have agreed to organize joint scientific events and establish student and teacher exchanges within the bounds of the cooperation.
Prof. Krysovatyy noted, "The Memorandum of Understanding with a university from Japan is one more step on our road to success. Today we have joined efforts for the sake of our youth, as together we can better facilitate the education practices and develop the scientific creativity of our students. This is one of the ways to diversify the student life for Ukrainian and Japanese boys and girls".
