Ukrainian-German project of the Law Faculty of TNEU
Recently, expressions of hatred aimed at members of other races, nationalities, genders, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, etc. have been growing more frequent in the world. Intolerant statements addressed to ethnic, religious or other social groups or communities, or individual representatives / representatives (hate speech) are broadcast through the media and social networks. Therefore, hate crimes have become the subject of criminal law research of the Ukrainian-German project of the Law Faculty of TNEU.
