WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 Students of the Department of International Economic Relations of the B.D. Havrylyshyn Institute of International Relations of WUNU have a rare opportunity to study at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences.

 West Ukrainian National University has signed an agreement with Oracle Corporation, according to which WUNU is included in the Oracle Academy programme.

 The administration of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of WUNU is establishing cooperation with specialists in the field of negotiation and mediation from around the world to ensure the quality of the educational programme " Psychology of Negotiation and Mediation".

 Recently, the Sambo World Cup among youths, juniors, and adults was held in Limassol, Cyprus.

 Recently, Business Evolution representative Olha Vinnytska, the staff of the Department of Economic Cybernetics and Informatics of the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies of West Ukrainian National University and SAP University Alliances Programme Coordinator at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv Halyna Chornous met to discuss the terms and prospects of WUNU joining the alliance in Ukraine.

 An online meeting was recently held as part of the Erasmus+ project Multifunctionality Farming (MyFarm).

 The Women's Wrestling European Championships are taking place in Bucharest, Romania. Alina Filipovych, a student of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of West Ukrainian National University, took part in the competition. The athlete won the silver medal in the 59 kg weight category.

 At the beginning of 2024, West Ukrainian National University received equipment from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

 Students of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of the educational and professional programme "Negotiation Psychology and Mediation" visited the immersive multifunctional hub of West Ukrainian National University, where they met with Alberto Ortiz, a 3D designer and lecturer at the Department of Multimedia of the UCAM Catholic University of Murcia (Spain).

 Anica Djamic, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to Ukraine, and Vitalii Zapukhliak, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Croatia in the Western Region, paid a working visit to West Ukrainian National University.
