WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 Within the framework of cooperation between West Ukrainian National University and Poznan University of Economics and Business (Republic of Poland), a competitive selection is announced among WUNU faculty members for a week-long internship within the ERASMUS+ project in the field of Business and Administration.

Internally displaced persons who are participating in the project "TURBO-ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE" (The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises) will not only learn about the world of entrepreneurship, but also explore new frontiers with the help of English, which is now the key to many opportunities, opening doors to international business, partnerships and success.

The Embassy of the State of Israel in Ukraine initiated a conference of Mashav alumni in Kyiv with the participation of Deputy Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs Eynat Shlein and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Ukraine Michael Brodsky.

West Ukrainian National University hosted the closing conference of the project ‘Regional Integration: European Benchmark under the Challenges of Global Fragmentation Challenges’ (101048216 - REFRAG - ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH).

On 25 January, West Ukrainian National University hosted a graduation ceremony for the new graduates of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting who majored in Accounting and Taxation, Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market, and Social Security.

On 28 January, West Ukrainian National University celebrated the Chinese New Year's Eve. The event was attended by the university administration, academic staff, master's students' mentors and Chinese students.

Olha Lebedovych, a student majoring in International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies (group MVSK-31), brand ambassador of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, has been selected for the Study Tours to Poland (STP) programme.

Students of the group ZhPR-21 of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of WUNU, produced news stories during their classes in Media Production.

We are pleased to announce that the Lane Kirkland Scholarship Program is now open for applications. The scholarships are funded by the Polish American Freedom Foundation and administered by the Leaders of Change Foundation. The Kirkland Research Program, an additional strand of the programme aimed at candidates with research experience and reputable positions in the academic world, is also open for applications.
