WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 As part of the activities of the International Centre for Culture and Development of West Ukrainian National University, a competition is being announced for WUNU students to take part in the International Spring Campus, which will take place from 11 to 15 May 2026 at the Hochschule Meißen (FH) und Fortbildungszentrum in Meissen (Germany). Theme of the event: ‘Entbürokratisiert Euch! Bürokratieabbau und Digitalisierung’.

 We invite students of IT-related disciplines to apply for a semester-long study programme at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Germany).

 An open call for applications is now open for students of West Ukrainian National University to study for one semester during the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year at the University of Osnabrück (Germany).

 With a view to expanding access to modern information resources and supporting academic research, West Ukrainian National University has gained access to the international analytics platform Statista.

 A world in which technology shapes reality and ideas become innovations requires new ways of thinking, new approaches and new learning opportunities. STEM Week, taking place from 20 to 24 April at West Ukrainian National University as part of the All-Ukrainian ‘STEM Spring – 2026’ festival at the STEM R&D Lab, will provide just such a space. This is a series of educational and interactive events aimed at promoting science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.

 With the aim of preserving and promoting Ukrainian folk traditions, West Ukrainian National University hosted an Easter hayivka event entitled ‘On the Strings of Easter’. The event was organised by students from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting.

 As part of the educational platform ‘International Relations and Diplomacy: British Guest Lectures’ organised by the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of WUNU, a lecture entitled ‘The Donroe Doctrine: Understanding Trump’s Approach to Latin America” was held for students of the “International Relations” degree programme.

 The first session of the second stage of the ‘Public Administration Without Barriers’ educational marathon brought together students, lecturers and experts to discuss the creation of an accessible and people-centred environment.

 As part of the university’s practice-oriented teaching programme, West Ukrainian National University organised a training visit to PJSC ‘Ternopil Dairy Plant’ for students of the Department of Management, Public Administration and Human Resources. The event was organised as part of the activities of the School of Effective Management Leaders and the ‘Student Career Path in the Labour Market’ School.

 A masterclass entitled ‘Create Your Own Pysanka’ was held at West Ukrainian National University by Yaroslav Osadtsa, a master of folk arts and crafts. The event was organised for students of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting with the aim of promoting Ukrainian folk traditions.
