A master class on making talismans for defenders was held at WUNU
West Ukrainian National University hosted a master class on making talismans for soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, organised by the Office for Personal Development and Liberal Arts. The event brought together compassionate students and teachers from the Faculty of Economics and Management, and everyone else who wanted to support Ukrainian defenders not only with words, but also with sincere actions.

From 26 February to 1 March 2026, Andriana Morochylo, a first-year student of the International Economics study programme at the B. Havrylyshyn Institute of International Relations, participated in the Youth Connect for Ukraine programme, implemented by the Ternopil Science Centre in partnership with the British Council in Ukraine.

Students majoring in B11 ‘Philology’ once again confirmed their excellent skills on the international stage. They successfully completed their involvement in the interactive practice-oriented initiative ‘WHAT'S IN A NAME? Producer vs. Marketing Agency Simulation’, organised by German for Business Network UK with the support of the DAAD grant programme.
WUNU students volunteer at All-Ukrainian Petanque Competition
The All-Ukrainian Petanque Competition among War Veterans has concluded in Ternopil. Teams from Ternopil, Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Lutsk, and Kryvyi Rih participated in the championship.
Volunteer initiative by graduates of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of WUNU in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
As part of a volunteer initiative, graduates of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of WUNU joined in supporting the military by providing the necessary technical equipment for the 24th separate mechanised brigade, in particular the UAV interceptor unit ‘Nebesna Sich’. The funds raised were used to purchase cables for transmitting signals from the antenna to the ground control station, a critically important element for the stable operation of unmanned systems.
