WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 Halyna Vasylevska, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the S.I. Yuriy Department of Finance, is undertaking an internship at the University of Gdańsk with her daughter, a student of the Law Faculty of West Ukrainian National University and the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.

 This Easter is special because joy is intertwined with sadness. The war in Ukraine makes everyone rethink life and values.

 We invite students of economic specialties studying in programs focused on international economic activity to take part in a competitive selection for semester studies in the first semester of 2023-24 at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences (the Kingdom of the Netherlands).

 A working meeting was held between representatives of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of West Ukrainian National University and Arizona State University (USA).

 Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Research Oksana Desyatnyuk held a working meeting with Professor Anatoliy Sachenko and Professor Volodymyr Kochan on the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA2 programme "WORK4CE: Cross-domain competences for healthy and safe work in 21st century".

 Recently, Pavlo Dziubanovskyi, coach of the Yuriy Horayskyi Complex Children's and Sports School No. 2 of the Ternopil City Council and Master of Sports of Ukraine in swimming, held swimming lessons with students of the Physical Culture and Sports educational and professional program.

 Students, faculty and staff of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of West Ukrainian National University purchased a thermal imaging scope for the soldiers of the 103rd Brigade of the 64th Airborne Battalion using the funds raised at a charity fair held during the FFO Open Day.

 The Diplomacy and International Cooperation project, authored by Oksana Tulai, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, is being launched at West Ukrainian National University in Ternopil. The project is designed exclusively for students majoring in International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies and is being implemented within the framework of the International Sustainable Development Studio.

 On April 13, an interactive meeting "Types of Questions and Techniques for Using Them in Negotiations and Mediation" will be held for students of the Negotiation Psychology and Mediation programme. The mentor is Viktor Savchenko, a mediator, research fellow at the University of Oxford (Oxford, UK), PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Kharkiv, Ukraine).

 The Easter Basket for Defenders charity event, which lasted from April 3 to 9, 2023, has come to an end. Together, we collected almost half a ton of waste paper and UAH 10 thousand.
