WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 Today it is very important to maintain communication and have access to the Internet. The war forced the world to unite and seek new alternative channels. Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, many towns and villages were left without communications, which can sometimes make a difference between saving or losing hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians.

 Productive cooperation and friendly relations between the staff of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of West Ukrainian National University and the Juliusz Slovacki Conviventia Foundation have developed since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. This mostly concerned the delivery of humanitarian aid to internally displaced persons: medicines, basic necessities, food, clothing, and children's belongings.

 POLIS University expresses support for the citizens and authorities of Ukraine and has launched a campaign of voluntary contributions to help Ukraine in support of the Albanian Red Cross initiative.

 Svitlana Mazepa, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of the West Ukrainian National University, had the opportunity to meet with the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Warsaw, Poland) Roman Sławomir Cieślak and the Dean of the Faculty of Law Adam Bodnar.

  An agreement on international cooperation was recently signed between the West Ukrainian National University and the Ljubljana Business School (Slovenia) at the initiative of the staff of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Communications.

 The university community of West Ukrainian National University sent a new installment of humanitarian aid to inhabitants of the Mykolaiv area. Every week, the Volunteer Center of the classical university of Ternopil sends medicines and basic necessities to Ukrainians who are in difficult conditions due to the war with the occupier

 Ukrainian-Polish programme of B. Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations announces a competitive selection among students for the semester studies in 2022-2023 academic year at the University of Economics in Katowice (Republic of Poland).

 On April 11, at 5:35 p.m., a meeting will take place within the framework of the online business course of WUNU Ternopil Business School "New Way - your new path in business".

 The first organizational meeting of the coordinators of the winning projects of the Jean Monnet Programme involved the representatives of the European Commission. Due to restrictions, the traditional Jean Monnet Kick-off meeting-2022 was held online.

 West Ukrainian National University has received a letter of support from the New York Center of WUNU. Our reliable friends have set up a donation box at the Center to help the defenders of Ukraine. Representatives of the Center are confident: "By making donations today, everyone is helping to ensure a peaceful and prosperous future for the world tomorrow. We are with Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!"
