 Recently, students of the Residence Hall No. 4 donated trench candles to the defenders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In this difficult and fateful time for our country, no one should be indifferent, everyone should contribute to the victory, because only together we are strong and indomitable.

 Thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with leading international companies and organizations specializing in distance and blended learning, Ukrainian students have free access to global online educational platforms Coursera and Udemy.

 Recently, a practical seminar was held at the Ternopil branch of the Ukrainian Institute of Varieties Examination for bachelor's and master's students of the "Agronomy" educational programme.

 On the initiative of the Student Campus Council of WUNU, on October 17-18, a mini-football tournament for the Rector's Cup was held at West Ukrainian National University between students living in the dormitories.

The words of support and thunderous ovations of the fans who raged in the stands gave the players a boost and motivated them to fight for the university's main cup. According to the results of the competition, team of Residence Hall No. 5 won, Residence Hall No. 3 came in second, while footballers of Residence Hall No. 1 placed third.

 Recently, the Faculty of Social and Humanities of West Ukrainian National University organized an open online lecture by Liudmyla Nedilska, a Ukrainian diplomat, candidate of political sciences, for students majoring in Information, Library and Archival Affairs, and Journalism. The topic of the meeting was diplomatic protocol, namely an introduction to the study of this disciplines.

 West Ukrainian National University implements the "Green University" concept. Within this, the Department of Management, Public Administration and Personnel (Faculty of Economics and Management) operates the Eco-School of Public Management for Sustainable Development. This year, the "Karpaty-2022" training took place from September 30 to October 2, 2022 for undergraduate students of the "Public Management and Administration" educational programme.

 On September 28, representatives of the student self-government of West Ukrainian National University met with the director of the WUNU campus, Vsevolod Obertas.

 The teachers of the Department of Financial Technologies and Banking Business, Professor Bohdan Lutsiv and Associate Professor Yaroslav Tchaikovskyi organized practical classes for students of academic groups FF-21 and FMPS-22 of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting for their discipline "Banking Marketing".

 At the invitation of Iryna Ivashchuk, the director of B. Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations, Yehor Brailian (candidate of historical sciences, member of the Royal Historical Society (UK), international journalist) gave a lecture at West Ukrainian National University.

 The Department of Foreign Languages and Information and Communication Technologies of West Ukrainian National University is actively negociating with the director of the Ternopil Regional Center for Rehabilitation and Child Development Inha Kubei and representatives of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce - President Christoph Leitl on organizing humanitarian aid for orphaned children.
