The first project team meeting of the WUNU STEM Lab project was recently held at the Education and Research Centre of Communications of WUNU. The establishment of the hub was made possible thanks to funding from the American non-governmental organisation VOVK Foundation and the BlueCheck Ukraine Charitable Foundation, as well as the joint efforts of the International Institute of Communications.

 Iryna Boiko, a student of the Bohdan Havrylyshyn Institute of International Relations of WUNU, group MENM-31, shares her impressions of studying at the Inholland University.

The participants of the first Autumn School of EU Law, held on 9-20 September, were awarded certificates at a special ceremony. The participants of the School, students and lecturers of the Law Faculty of the West Ukrainian National University, had an incredible opportunity not only to deepen their knowledge of EU law, but also to improve their legal English skills.

 Recently, the School of Polish and European Law held a graduation ceremony. The event was attended by Professor Emeritus and member of the Supervisory Board of WUNU, Professor of the Jagiellonian (Poland) and Osnabrück (Germany) Universities Fryderyk Zoll, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Research Uliana Koruts, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law Valentyna Sloma, Head of the School of Polish and European Law Liudmyla Savanets, School coordinator Tetiana Podkovenko, lecturer of the course ‘Polish Legal Terminology’ Tetiana Yurchyshyn, teachers and students of WUNU.

 Recently, WUNU's International Centre for Culture and Development offered students the opportunity to study under the Labour Economics course developed by the renowned CERGE-EI Foundation.

 The Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine invites high school, undergraduate and postgraduate students to take part in EU Study Days, an educational project that opens up opportunities for deeper learning about the European Union and EU-Ukraine relations.

 During the festive season, the students of West Ukrainian National University really got into the spirit of Christmas! The young people organised a traditional visit with a carol, greeting the faculty and staff of the higher education institution. It was a joyful and warm moment for the whole university community.

 Christmas holidays are a time of joy, warmth and faith in miracles. Students of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of West Ukrainian National University decided to share this festive mood with the children of the orphanage by organizing a Christmas nativity play.
