International Day Against Violence and Bullying
On 27 February, the global community unites for an important mission — to step up the campaign against bullying, protect human dignity and support those who have suffered from aggression. West Ukrainian National University traditionally joins this initiative, emphasising once again that bullying is not a method of education or a ‘test of strength,’ but a deliberate, systematic violation of human rights and a undermining of psychological security.
Student feedback on semester-long Erasmus+ studies in Croatia
Students of West Ukrainian National University completed a semester of study at the University of Applied Sciences in Šibenik (Croatia) as part of the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme. We are delighted that our youngsters have been mastering the intricacies of their chosen specialities, integrating into the European educational community and representing their home university with honour abroad.

WUNU students completed training at CERGE-EI
This autumn, more than 100 students from WUNU, in particular from the Department of Foreign Languages and ICT, Department of International Economic Relations and Department of International Economics, underwent training organised by the CERGE-EI academic institute.
WUNU students passed the selection process for NIQ Academy
Fourth-year students Tamara Zakharova and Yelyzaveta Savytska, who are majoring in Marketing, successfully passed the competitive selection process for NIQ Academy, a nationwide educational programme in the field of marketing research and analytics.
Training on developing cohesion and effective communication in the educational process
As part of her pre-diploma internship at the Education and Research Centre for Social and Psychological Support and Resilience at WUNU, student Anna Nakliutska conducted a training session on ‘Cohesion and effective communication in the educational process: non-violent communication and conflict resolution.’
Athens Negotiations Tournament – The World Edition
The Education and Research Centre for Communications at the West Ukrainian National University, within the framework of international cooperation with the Athens University of Economics and Business, is announcing the opportunity for student teams to participate in the international competition Athens Negotiations Tournament. The World Edition (World ANT), which will take place on 2-3 May 2026 in Athens (Greece).

WUNU students in the global educational space. Launch of the international COIL project
In the second semester, the B. Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations of WUNU, in collaboration with the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT, Canada), launched an international educational project called COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning).
